EP-Reporter completes the last mile of Business Intelligence by automating report creation, personalization and distribution. With the new AI integration, the generated file can be used as input for an LLM service and become the basis for ready-to-use commentary.
From report to explanation
The process starts with the report produced by EP-Reporter. The file is provided to the model together with a customized prompt in which the client can define the objective, tone and requested content.
The AI output can be inserted directly into the email body alongside the report, keeping both the document and its concise interpretation within the same distribution workflow.
An extension of governed reporting
AI does not replace the reporting process: it enriches it. EP-Reporter continues to govern data, visuals, filters, recipients, triggers, channels and execution history, while the LLM adds a configurable interpretation layer.
The same approach can be applied to content sourced from Qlik Sense, Power BI, DAX queries, SQL queries and other sources already integrated into the reporting process.
