Context
Kleros operates in wealth advisory, providing services focused on protecting, growing and transferring wealth. Its approach spans financial, real-estate, family, succession, tax and business dimensions and is oriented toward personalized strategies.
Need
A platform capable of supporting a complex advisory process: collecting and organizing relevant information, structuring analyses, maintaining an overall view of the client's wealth, and turning results into documentation that can be used by both advisor and client.
E-project contribution
Development of Kleros' new platform supporting wealth-analysis processes and related outputs. The solution combines structured information management with advanced reporting, using EP-Reporter to generate complex client-facing reports.
Business value
The platform brings a core Kleros process into a governed digital environment: from analysis of the client's wealth position to the presentation of assessments and recommended actions. The result is an application foundation aligned with a multidisciplinary and personalized advisory model.

Evolving digital railway shunting management across the Venice Marghera Scalo area
Context
SIMA supports train supply and pickup processes across the VEMAS railway area, digitally tracking shunting operations, movements, documentation and operational activities involving the station, the single shunting operator, terminals and railway undertakings.
Need
Evolve SIMA2 into SIMA3 by improving usability, performance, maintainability and stability, introducing a service-oriented architecture, and strengthening real-time interoperability with external systems, railway applications and mapping components.
E-project contribution
Technical and functional analysis, software development, API integrations, front-end and back-end evolution, cloud-environment support, unit and integration testing, User Acceptance Testing, deployment, training and roll-out support following an Agile approach.
Outcome
The January 2026 release of SIMA3 brought a new evolution of the railway shunting platform into production, supporting more structured digital processes, stronger application integration, and an architectural foundation designed for further interoperability, planning, operational management and railway-network analysis capabilities.

Adapting Business Register services and processes to the new ATECO 2025 classification
Context
The introduction of ATECO 2025 required the evolution of InfoCamere services used to manage economic activity codes within the Business Register and the related Chamber of Commerce processes.
Need
Adapt existing applications and workflows, support the reclassification of economic activities, and introduce a new ATECO code assignment flow integrated into the electronic “Comunicazione Unica” filing process.
E-project contribution
Consulting, technical and functional analysis, software development and evolutionary maintenance within the InfoCamere ecosystem, with a focus on Java services, Business Register back-office applications, integrations and ATECO-related application processes.
Outcome
ATECO 2025 became operational in the Business Register on 1 April 2025. The automatic update covered more than 5 million companies and was completed during April, with the new and previous classifications displayed side by side during the transition period. E-project's contribution was part of the broader application and technology programme supporting this transition.

Context
Internal policies and procedures contain process information spread across tables and narrative text. Turning these documents into consistent ARIS models requires careful extraction and review.
Need
Reduce manual process mapping, follow the group taxonomy and focus specialist expertise on consistency and compliance checks.
Generative AI in action
Generative AI interprets narrative text and tables in Word/PDF procedures, identifying phases, activities and functions and organizing them into a readable intermediate format. Specialists verify the extracted information before scripts create the ARIS flowcharts. Sample validation and post-import checks support consistent modelling.
Results achieved
Generative AI reduces the manual work involved in interpreting and structuring procedures, resulting in less time spent on mapping, fewer transcription errors and more uniform models aligned with the corporate taxonomy. Specialist teams can focus more on review and mapping compliance checks.
