Monthly timesheet with hours by job and work location. Hours are recorded as Redmine time entries, smart working days appear in the Outlook group calendar and the timesheet can be exported to Excel.
Expenses and receipts in a single PDF
Expense report with its receipts, merged into one PDF and stored on SharePoint/OneDrive. A dedicated section manages meal expenses.
Holidays, time off and smart working
Requests for holidays, ROL/time off and smart working, with approval by email and publication on the shared company calendar.
Jobs, authorizations and customers
Management of jobs, their authorizations and user assignments, with an integrated customer registry. Managers review their team’s timesheets and expense reports.
Synchronized onboarding and offboarding
User activation and deactivation kept in sync across Microsoft Entra ID (status, groups and roles) and Redmine and GitLab accounts. Users download their own VPN credentials self-service.
AWS EC2 machines under control
Instance list with start, stop and reboot, scheduled startup and shutdown via tags, per-machine access granted through Entra ID groups, reports and Prometheus configuration generation.
